الضوابط العامة للاختبارات النهائية الإلكترونية للفصل الدراسي الأول 2020-2021
أولا: بداية الامتحانات:
تبدأ الامتحانات بتاريخ 9/1/2021 وتنتهي بتاريخ 21/1/2021.
ثانياً: فترة الامتحانات:
تعقد الامتحانات الإلكترونية على فترتين:
الفترة الأولى: فترة صباحية، من الساعة 09:30-11:0
الفترة الثانية: فترة مسائية، من الساعة 17:30-19:00.
ثالثاً: آلية التعامل مع فترتيّ الامتحان الإلكتروني.
يحق للطالب الدخول في فترة واحدة لتقديم الامتحان النهائي.
في حالة دخل الطالب للإجابة على أسئلة الامتحانات، فلا يحق له الدخول في الفترة المسائية.
في حالة عدم إتمام الطالب الامتحان النهائي كانقطاع في التيار الكهربائي أو الإنترنت أو لأي إشكالية أخرى فللطالب الحق بتقديم طلب قضية طلابية للجامعة بعد انتهاء الامتحانات النهائية.
رابعاً: معايير الامتحان الالكتروني:
يتألف كل امتحان الكتروني لكل مساق من بنك أسئلة.
يختار الحاسب الآلي ما مجموعه (40) سؤالاً بطريقة عشوائية من بنك الأسئلة.
مدة الإجابة على كل سؤال موضوعي دقيقتان.
في حالة اجتماع أكثر من امتحان في نفس اليوم (تعارض)، فيحق للطالب أن يقدّم أحد المساقين في الفترة الأولى والآخر في الفترة الثانية.
في حالة إتمام إجابة السؤال الأخير من الامتحان، تظهر للطالب رسالة فحواها ((شكراً ... انتهى الامتحان)).
تتيح الجامعة وحدة دعم فني لمواجهة الإشكاليات الآنية التي قد تواجه الطلبة الممتحنين أثناء تقديم الامتحان الالكتروني، حيث يكون التواصل على الأرقام التالية:
